By using LoanFree ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

LoanFree is a loan countdown timer and amortization calculator. It provides estimated payoff dates, amortization schedules, and financial projections based on the data you enter. The app is a tool for informational purposes only.

No Financial Advice

LoanFree is NOT a financial advisor, lender, or financial institution. The calculations, projections, and estimates provided by the app are approximations based on standard amortization formulas. They may not account for all factors affecting your actual loan. Always verify calculations with your lender or a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that the results are correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. ARM rate projections, prepayment savings, and refinance impact estimates are theoretical calculations that may differ from actual outcomes.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• You are responsible for backing up your loan data (use the Export feature)
• You are responsible for any financial decisions made based on the app's calculations
• You must comply with all applicable laws when using the app

Data Ownership

You own all loan data you enter into the app. We do not claim any rights to your data. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the property of LoanFree. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

Advertisements

The app may display advertisements through Google AdMob and AdSense. Ad content is provided by Google and is not endorsed by LoanFree.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanFree and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on the app's calculations.

Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
